Is this built for a hospital like ours?
Yes. Atikxzio is built for independent hospitals and nursing homes in Uttar Pradesh — with the modules large chains use, switched on as you need them.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Ward entries keep working on the tablet and sync when the connection returns. We recommend a mobile hotspot as backup.
Do our doctors have to type?
No. Doctors can keep writing by hand; AI reading with human confirmation puts it in the record.
Will PM-JAY patients be charged anything extra?
No. The platform fee can only appear on cash patients' bills, and only if you choose to show it.
Who owns our patient data?
You do. Export it any time. Atikxzio staff can't open medical records unless you approve temporary access with an OTP.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on your size and data. We set up, migrate your records and train your staff on site. Most of the work is done in the first week.
Do we need new computers?
No. It runs in the browser on your existing PCs, tablets and phones. A ward tablet and QR printer kit is available at cost + 20%.
How do we pay?
Monthly or annual plan, plus prepaid credits for messages and extra AI reads. GST invoice every time.
